After a long bath in the warm waters, I dressed myself in the clothing that Lynled had provided.
Natalie was bored with her average, everyday life. Nothing ever happened on the space station where she lived-- at least not until the day when she and her father were visited by aliens...

Chapter Six: Entering Eleadia

“Natalie, you had better stay in the wagon for now. Today is market day, so we’ll have some strangers walking among us, but your clothing and eyes are just enough to raise curiosity.” Kurt said, taking the lead. I looked down at my clothing and flushed. My brief washing of the morning had not been enough to remove all dirt from my clothing, and it was wrinkled from the day of traveling.

Chapter Five: The Journey

I awoke in the morning to the sound of an alien bird chirping its heart out. I uncoiled myself from my pile of blankets and stretched, my hands reaching for the ceiling. Within a few minutes, the single bird had been joined by a chorus of others, all chirping, screeching, honking, and chattering together. Outside I heard a soft groan. I grinned to myself. It sounded like Kurt and Jarvis had had a rude awakening.

Chapter Four: The Encounter

The figure abruptly moved a few paces back at the same time as my numbed brain realized that this was probably a companion of the person I had seen only moments before across the meadow. I stopped screaming.
“Uh, hello there! You really scared me, popping out of nowhere like that.” I said, my breath coming in ragged gasps. “Do you live around here?”

Chapter Three: The Meadow

Beneath me there was only space: I was hovering in midair with nothing supporting me. I heard a high-pitched thread of noise which suddenly stopped, and then I realized that I had been screaming. My head reeled as I stumbled into the meadow. As I turned to face the doorway, Dobbs came into the room. I'm in so much trouble. I thought to myself.
